Free downloadable Microsoft Access databases
The databases available on this page can be freely and gratuitously downloaded, used, and shared, provided that they continue to be passed on to others free of charge. The databases may not be sold.

The databases do not contain encryption and can be opened safely. I guarantee that they do not contain any malicious code.

To open the files, Microsoft Access 2007 or a newer version is required. Microsoft Access may be part of the Microsoft Office suite, alongside Word and Excel. The Access icon usually represents a key.

The databases can be handled just like any other file. After downloading, it is recommended to create a separate folder on a secure drive or partition, and then save the database there. After that, it can be opened with a double click. If Access displays a security warning, the file can be marked as trusted.

For comfortable use, the recommended screen resolution is: 1920 × 1080 pixels, but the databases can also be used at other resolutions.

One advantage of Access databases is that the data works well with other Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel. The data can be exported, imported, linked, and processed together with other programs.

If anyone has problems using the database, I am happy to provide free assistance. To do so, please open the Contact page and feel free to write to me.
